Why is there a minimum of $100.00 to make a deal?

The purpose of the minimum is to allow us to sell a good quantity of items.  If you need less than this amount, then please check our ETSY store to make a purchase. 

Do l need a vendor or wholesale license to buy from Therp Sajik Enterprises?

No, we are simply selling items at a wholesale price.  You may want to check local ordinances to determine if any license is required to re-sell anything you buy from us.  We are simply a source for inexpensive items. 

l bought $150.00 worth of an item and now I see the same item on EBAY.  What gives?

Unless you buy us out completely, we will sell to anyone and everyone who contacts us.  Sometimes we sell out and then find more of that same item.  Feel free to contact us if you see that we have additional quantities of any item previously purchased.  Each transaction is different and our pices here may change up or down since you made your purchase.  Even if it was three days ago.

I bought over a hundred dollars worth of items recently and now I need to return half of it for a refund since I lost my job.  How can I get a refund?

The nature of our business does not allow for refunds unless we have sent the wrong item(s) AND if the original items are NO LONGER available.   If this should be the case, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.  Return of the goods will be required for exchange.  A refund is the last option at our discretion IF we have found that we are NO longer able to provide the original items purchased.  Refunds in this situation will be completely and will include the original outbound shipping charges and also return postage.  We will also provide re-imbursement for return postage for wrong items sent during an exchange event.  Refunds will be via PayPal and will be within 30 days of the date you receive the original package with the wrong items.

My package arrived and inside I found damaged goods.  What do I do now?

Damage can sometimes happen due to unforeseen events in transit with the US Mail so we do insure EVERY package.  Please contact us immediately upon discovery so that we can begin the claims process.  Please be aware, do NOT throw-out or lose ANY of the packaging or contents since the post office may require you to provide these items for claims.  Just so you know, making a fraudulent claim of damage of insured contents can and will result in a charge of mail fraud.  We had this happen with an ETSY buyer in 2009 and the person did pay about four times the value of the original package to settle the case.  The FBI, US Postal System, and Therp Sajik Enterprises all take these crimes seriously.

My PayPal account is on the fritz and it is hard to get a money order, can I send you a check?

Due to issues with NSF (non-sufficient funds) in the past, we DO NOT accept ANY form of checks.  No personal and no bank checks.  IF you purchase and send a money order to us, then ALWAYS keep all receipts related to that money order just in case your money order should somehow appear as "bad".  Google it and find that MANY of the US Postal money orders in the world are FAKE.  Remember, we may delay a money order used for purchase for at least three weeks BUT it may take as long as NINE weeks for it to clear.

My relative passed away a few years back and I have some items similar to items you sell, do you even buy stuff from the public?

I wish to spend several thousand dollars but I do not like PayPal, can I please wire you the payment?

I was born at night...just NOT last night.  We do NOT accept payments for $10 or $10,000 via ANY wire or Western Union or ANY bank transfer or anything other than PayPal or money order.  Please don't even ask!  Thanks!!

How many items do you have in stock and can I come to your location to buy wholesale?

With how our business operates, we are unable to offer public access to our warehouses.  We currently have about 2,000 DIFFERENT items in stock.  We typically have 1,600 available on ETSY or eBay.  We have close to $5million in stock at any given moment.  In typical years, we broker several hundred deals per year.  Some deals are for as few items as 6 and others have been for over 15,000 items.  Our largest broker deal was for 144,000 (1 thousand gross) items at one time.  

I see sportscards in some of your ETSY and eBay listings but none here.  Why?

In the 1990s the owner ran a very successful sports memorabilia business.  At the conclusion he had over 2 million sports cards.  After several attempts to sell on Craigslist and elsewhere several 800count boxes of 1970s and 1980s cards for $3.00 per 800 count box, 90% of the cards were DONATED to Goodwill in Columbus.  Somewhere are several ten and twenty dollar cards floating around.  The other 10% of his collection is considered investment grade cards.  Probably have about 500 Brett Favre Pro Set Spanish Rookie cards valued at $150 each in PSA10 grade!!!

How did you get your start?  What other businesses have you been involved with?

The founder started his first business at age 10.  He sold candy and gum to fellow classmates.  In college years later, he started an international brokering business.  The power of brokering got in his blood from the advice of marketing genius Andy Powell.
